@Mrhamburgerable these people usually really know what they're doing. They know how much skin to use where no rips can happen. It's also about the elasticity of the skin, and the majority of the people who do this are of a younger age where their skin can still stretch.

I'm looking forward to my first suspention some time next year, it will be 12 hooks in my back 3 on each arm and four on each leg. I'll be hung face down for as long as I can handle.

the 'gilson' hooks she is on are actually a pretty nice ride. and ancient people world wide did this thousands of years ago, not just native americans. this is actually extremely safe, and the gilsons are safer than normal hooks.
