I journal a LOT and have done since i was 13 (i am now 31). I honestly think its the best ind of therapy (alongside psychotherapy) ever!

Thanks for the advice about the caffine. I quit caffine when i was pregnant and didnt start drinking it until my son was 3 years old! I know i felt better when i was caffine free, and oddly i had more energy, not less. So you have inspired me to revert back to being caffine free! Thanks Arielle!
