stupid owners!!! if u dont wanna take your dog, at least take the chain off so the dog can swim off and save itself. dont leave it chained up and drowning!!

Thanks for saving that dog. Was he returned to his owners? I must say that the owners should be ashamed of themselves that they couldn't take 30 seconds to unchain their dog.
