So I was going to put out a full routine of contortion and then a contortion/ pole fusion video, but I dont think I will have time to choreograph both right now, so i'm just trying to focus on folding and stretching deeper, instead of a series of moves. I realized my channel needed to be updated with SOMETHING this month, the last video was so.... not good lol.
This is just some fun stretching and playing around, not any serious folding ...YET :)
My pole competition / contortion fusion video is coming out real soon!! Please keep checking in with me!
My contortion coach is: Bobby Jackson , I've only had the pleasure of working with him twice, If I had the chance to more I would be more advanced quicker. But considering I am a mom, 25, and no gymnastics/sports background, and only been at contortion seriously for 3 months, I think i'm on my way to getting to my goals, he is the best coach! :)
I'm still going to be coming out with more videos soon, so please stay tuned to my channel
thank you all
Stephanie

  • Stephanie, I'm so impressed by how much success you have had with contortion over such a short period of time. I believe you'll be able to get very far. With the exception of a few cobras and some pole stuff I really didn't get to do anything bendy over the weekend, so my chest stands were lame last night and I didn't get close to having my feet all the way over, but now that I'm back home it's time to practice hard again. I'm glad we are friends; I had a blast with you.

  • @stellarmotion me to david! we had a great time, and i think it would be amazing if we did some sort of a collaboration in the near future together. thank you for the kind comment! <3 I really enjoy contortion alot, i think i really found my niche, even though its strange and some times scary, i really feel like its for me, i'm just sad i found it later on in life instead of when i was little lol!

  • @sapphirecatzeye I would love to collaborate with you. I think it would be super fun to do the first bendy doubles routine if it so happened that I could become bendy enough. I'm also kind of sad that I discovered everything I really am passionate about right now later in life, but having five years on you I still feel like you have the advantage of a youthful body! I've been telling everyone you're even more beautiful in person than in stills and videos.

  • @stellarmotion yes, i think it would be super, even more so if we could some how add your acro balancing. aww thanks about telling ppl i look nice lol all my guy friend were raving the next day about how ripped you are.

  • Hello friends!, Congratulations on your video above and as always surprising the public, unbelievable, I have a body so I swear! I hope to see more of your skills, I have videos but not so good, I hope you can comment as well. I say goodbye, and look forward to seeing your rapid progress, Good luck! -facebook- luiyi.sorireyi

  • Do you need to be like really skinny or have special things with ur arms? i really would like to learn! thanks:) amazing btw

  • wow I remember when ou first started putting these vids up, your progress is amazing !! congrats!!!

  • Beautiful!

  • I love the leotard :-)

  • wow u r amazing :) How old were u when u started training ::)

  • Your split backbend on the ground is interesting to look at (0:46). Most people bend more in the lower back. You bend almost exclusively in the upper back. Your shoulder and upper back flexiblity are good. Do you think the pole has helped with that?
