DESCRIPTION HERE:
Stephanie enjoys taking pictures and videos on special occasions.She has Scottie filming as the twins, Rebecca and Valerie, start celebrating their 16th birthday on what seems to be a completely normal day, however, after one of their friends is missing for a suspiciously long time, they find her, dead.
Upon this startling discovery, Valerie, Rebecca, Stephanie and Scottie panic and flee from the house. While they are trying to figure out what to do, things start to get a little tense and Stephanie flips out at Scott. While Valerie is trying to stop the two from getting into a fist-fight, Rebecca soom realizes she lost her grandmothers ring she had just gotten for her birthday. Val freaks out at her about how irresponsible she is, and Rebecca decides she's going to go back and look for it. The others try to stop her, and Val eventually decides that she will go find it instead. She convinces the others to let her go look for it, and tells them to go find help, urging them not to worry about her. Rebecca gives her the cell phone that they share to keep in touch. The friends reluctantly let Val go back ,against their own better judgement, while they go try to find someone to help them.
Stephanie, Scott, and Rebecca, try desperately to find help, but to no avail. There are cars, but no one is home. And then Scottie figures out why. They head back to their prior meeting place to see if Val has returned yet.
They arrive only to find Valerie nowhere to be found. While they try not to panic at her absence, they anxiously await her appearance, or a call. When she finally does call, she is still searching, but eventually finds the ring. While still on the phone, she hears a noise, and despite warnings from the others, Stephanie eventually tells her to go ahead and check it out, thinking she'll come right back when she finds nothing, but she still regrets telling her to immeadiately. Val tells them she is somewhere dark, but she doesn't know where. Sottie supplies the idea that she might have stumbled into the shed on accident. As they are attempting to persuade her to come back, she all of a sudden tells them "bye", and that she's hanging up. Stephanie tells them to go after her now, and they run, hopping the fence, hearing Valerie scream as they do. When they get there, Stephanie suddenly grabs Rebecca screaming she shouldn't go in there, and that she saw something. Scottie goes in first to check it out, follwed by the girls, only to find Valerie on the ground, and unconcious with the phone beside her and the ring in her hand. They leave the shed, almost leaving behind Valerie knowing whoever hurt her wasn't far away. However Stephanie goes back in for her for some unknown reason as the other two try to convince her to just come. She eventually does but after getting a certain distance away from the shed, she pulls Scottie aside to reveal that the reason she went back into the shed was to feel Val's pulse. She tells him that Val is dead, and that there was no pulse, but not to tell Rebecca.
