There are lots of Iranian descendent jews from Israel that come to iran each ear to visit. They simply come to Istanbul and then fly to Iran with their iranian passport, if they have it and if not they can ask apply for one in Iraniran consulate in istanbul, at Soltanahmet.
That is a regular practice and it seems that Iranian government is cooperating.
