I think the logo was deliberately designed badly to get media attention about the Olympics. It's blatantly obvious that the design is poor and that most people wouldn't have liked it. For every person who likes it or is neutral about it you have 2 or 3 people who hate it. Just publicity really. I guess we shouldn't have made such a big fuss about it back in 2007 because now they got what they wanted.

Naive! Do you really believe all you find on the Internet?! Even if I live in France and I love this country, I'm still not French and, by the way, I also like Britain and of course the City. I'm not pissed at all. London has got a good project revaluating the docklands which I know quite well. However, I'm sorry for you about your logo. It's just screwed up. Come on! Tell me it's wonderful. Then you're the liar.
