  • Thumbs up if you think Layne Norton is a drug cheat.

  • damn you layne norton 8:32

  • @310stanger yeah, i kinda agree with what your saying about his comment, but theres no reason to flame the dude. Clearly he's worked hard, and most ppl would love to look like that.i seen ALOT of roiders that can only achieve that amount of success while ON it.

Thats whats cool about being natural, your body is in a constant state of progressive evolution, as long as your intelligent. Gear junkies are dependent on their next cycle to maintain that size, b/c they need it.

  • The problem with Laynes genetics and structure comments are that they do matter the MOST. What happens when the person with superior genetics and structure works half as hard, or as hard, or HARDER? His downfall is his structure. He looks impressive to some natty that cant gain any weight at all, but he in reality is just an example of what someone with shitty genetics looks like at their limit naturally. He has decent natural muscle on a really shitty structure. Terrible lines

  • layne's awesome

  • Interval training is awesome. If you are getting leaner and toned overall from it, what could be more ideal for impatient people trying to lose weight, the feeling of your heart rate jacked up like never before and for good reason makes it all the more sweeter on your journey to greatness.

  • Do you ever try to stick to a total number of reps per muscle. If so what range and how many exercises

  • motivating and a very good serie
