@scrappykoda Sorry one last thing I just noticed, you actually pour concrete not cement. Cement by itself is very weak product, it is what they add to it that makes it concrete( admixture, aggregate and cement). Ussually just tell your concrete supplier what you are useing it for and they will make the right kind of concrete for you.
@scrappykoda Yes, and the way it is set up the concrete inside the foam is able to form alot more crystals through a long hydration processes then any other way. The foam usually stays on the concrete adding huge R-Values Heat(better insulation). Some say no limit to life expectancy of ICF walls other say 500 years nonetheless the home will be in your family for many generations to come. An ICF block house is what I would want if I could afford to build a house.
