"I would like to know how to extract .PLAYER files into MUGEN character files (examples: .def, .cns, .snd, etc.)"
You can't. There's your answer.

Well, if there is a program that works like Fighter Factory that converted this character to the Fighter Factory, it should be possible.

You can't litterally convert it. You have to get all the sprites and recode everything for MUGEN.

Do you know all about the program this character was made for?

Do you know a lot about this fighting game engine Beefcake Mario was made for? I still believe it is possible, because someone ripped the sprites out of the Pokemon game, Type Wild, which is powered by a fighting game engine different from M.U.G.E.N, Fighter Maker, Namco Super Heroes and the one Beefcake Mario and Muscle Fight were made for.

I know for a thing that Fighter Maker's coding differs from MUGEN so he needs a recode if he wants to work in MUGEN.

There must be a program out there that edits .PLAYER files and extracts all sprites and sound effects, just like Fighter Factory's "Change" and "Save" functions. I don't know how to rip every sprite nor sound effect from fan-games like this. The get-hit sprites are covered with hit-sparks, while some sound effects are played simultaneously with one or more other sound effects, making it impossible to separate them from each other using screen capturing tools and and any audio recorder.
