Typo: it's a tough one.

Mytainted, itsna tough one. Bear in mind that the 2011 V6 can almost match the previous year GT, and can beat many not-that-old GTs. That said, I'm not a fan of convertibles, and IF there were to be a "girl" car, it would be a convertible. But many men enjoy convertibles as a great recreational vehicle, particularly in the warmer states. This car is neither a girls nor a boys car. It's a car that is great for everybody, whether they're looking for speed, handling, looks, fun, or fuel economy.

@zulu45 is this a girl or a guy car do you think?
-
@zulu45 I agree with you on your point if you want a fast economy ride get a new 3.7l mustang v6 with 31 MPG with the 6 auto. But for me and other people who want all out performance get a 6 speed 5.0 or Shelby Gt500. just my thoughts.

True that, heated seats optional on already paying 5k+premium package for convertible? But I never understood heated seats. I think you have to be completely high maintenance to want heated seats. I can live without...
-
Performance package only comes in the coupe not the convertible
-
Convertible isn't worth the extra 5k lol. But I hope the new mustang look doesn't come out anytime soon, actually, hopefully never. The newer look stang looks so ugly...

I wish I had gotten a 2011 v6 Convertible! I just got the coupe version! ALOT better than our previous 2010 Camaro (which we traded in with NO hesitation)
-
@bradyischamp I had a miata, great car but eventually I got sick of having no room. I tested this exact car, very roomy, nimble and fasssst...
-
i bought a 2010 mazda miata which i love, but damn i never thought of looking at the convertable mustang and am sort of regretting the decision. that said the mustang convertible looks to cost around 5K more than what i paid so that makes me regret a lil less.
I love my 2011 V6 Premium. True muscle-car performance and highway economy that matches my previous vehicle, a 2010 Mazda 3s. Since I don't race, this is perfect for me. I really enjoy beating tons of cars off of the line with ease, especially those damn ricers!
That being said, anybody racing (unless modifying a V6 to create a great sleeper) should go for the GT. But if you just want fun, fast (and it is fast), and economical with great handling, the V6 is perfect!
Lots of TP, btw... wtf.
