yes, the guitar solo is played by Kee.. the rhythm guitar sounds to be him as well.. he asked the Europe cover band to play this song with him in Rome in 2008.

Le Baron Boys (Europe), well actually probably Joey Tempest wrote this song and believe they gave it to Tone Norum to help her for her debut album since she's John Norum's Sister

This is not a Tone Norum cover, Joey Tempest the vocalist of Europe was the producer and wrote all the lyrics for Tone Norum debut album and before she sang for her album a demo for some songs were performed by Europe members at that time and this is what you're hearing in this video. How the song would sound if it would be released by Europe but without the studio quality yet, this is just a demo.
