@bowling41soup the demo video I just watch is V-AMP3's video.

@rododendrron i own a vamp 2 too, so i meet the same problem with you, there is a short silence when changing the amp mode. I just watch the demo video and i find when he makes a change in cabinet, in the same amp mode, the silence just comes, again. :S
really hope Behringer can get over this!

check power supply-first of all. the connector is crappy. maybe the internal battery can cause this as well, but i'm not sure. take a look at vamp2 yahoo groups. i think i have read smthng similar there.

how do you get the affect to stay in a mode wen if you change to another and back agen it isnt the same?

Hey there, iv lost the manual and have forgotten to turn this thing on, feel like an idiot. Is it two buttons you keep depressed for a certain amount of time?

plug (pull) the power supply into (out off) ac socket with power connector already attached to vamp.
is there any difference comparing to vamp2? what i've figured out, still without usb. Is there still short silnce when changing to preset where different amp mode is used??

What was the S1 or 51 that appeared just before
11? :-)
Nice piece of gear, btw!

S1 is "configuration mode", means "studio 1". There are 5 configs, S-studio and L-live modes. Some of them use different signals for L/R output, like no cabinet or preamp simulation on one signal path. See manual for details. It's very cool feature. Not common, imho, but very useful.
