cold start up on my 98 neon rt. it sounds like a fart can at first but not after it warms up.lol..sorry for the camera lens being foggy..i clean it up in a couple seconds!

@itsusdammit umm i believe they are kumho tires. i havent drove it in like 2 months..its been parked cuz of my license being suspended for a year. they are about 90% thread on them.

Sweet car bro, I'm thinking of getting a srt4 rims on my 2gen 01 neon rt and getting a cherry bomb. One question tho does the cherry bomb add power ? Or you can't feel a different ?
