Questo documento video vuole esaltare la freschezza delle acque incontaminate e degli ambienti naturali da cui il fiume Pescara trae origine.
Nella seconda parte del filmato si assiste alla lenta trasformazione verso il degrado e l'onerosa manutenzione di questo fiume che, non più elemento vitale per l'intera valle, perde in tal modo il suo valore socio-ambientale.

This video exalts the freshness of the pristine waters and natural habitats from which the Pescara river originates.
In the second part of the movie we witness the slow transformation to the deterioration and expensive maintenance of this river, no longer vital for the entire valley, loses its social environment value.
