you see most great shooters don't have great shooting form. Dirk shoots with both hands, pierce doesn't jump, ray allen's shots are all wrists and flicking sideways and he uses his thumbs, kobe shoots pretty good, jordan is defintiely good, bird shoots with both hands and wierd form, reggie shoots with elbows out... shooting form is not really important, it's how you are comfortable with forms that are not too bad.
