Mark Ritchie (The Democratic Secretary of State) says after the Minnesota Supreme Court case is done that he has the ability to certify Al Franken as the winner. However Tim Pawlenty says if Norm Coleman appeals to Federal Courts he will not certify Franken. Hmm? Seems like Pawlenty cares more about his party then he does about his state. If Coleman was ahead of Franken, it would be a different story.

AP News 04/07: "Democrat Al Franken's lead in Minnesota's U.S. Senate race widened Tuesday to 312 votes after previously rejected absentee ballots were added to the counting."

Thanks for insisting those ballots be recounted, Coleman. By dragging this out further you not only look like a sore loser, you're helping ensure that voters will be so disgusted by Republicans that only the core fanatics will vote for them in the future.
