This is swedish movie with Japanese voice over and English subtitles.
I guess they wanted kids to watch it thati s why they did voice over in Japanese, something that is also done in many countries. Besides this is movie for children, it makes sense.

He doesn't say "I feel so, too" which doesn't make sense at all, btw. He says "I know" "Jag vet" in Swedish
