Its a manual 3.0 with Basturk exhaust - and yes I did it get it wrong at Adenau - completely misjudged the brakes.

It is manual - listen to the engine note. It was only my 10th laps.

Yeah, for a second I thought we would end up in the barrier. The Z4 tended to understeer if anything

TBH it was neither. As I came through on the trailing throttle I went to downshift into third and turn in. I hit 2 problems - 1 I missshifted into 5th IE no engine braking, and 2 the tyres werent quite as warm as they had been earlier and the initial bite wasnt there. Search on Z4 Nurburgring and you will find another video (9:17) long of a full lap

The second lap was awesome with the semi slicks fully up to temperature :-)
