And FYI this is the best way to kill a Turkey/Chicken because once the jugular is cut, the bird ceases to feel pain because blood is instantly diverted away from the brain. Tests were done by scientists to show that there is no brain function after the neck is cut. The spasms resulting from this are just that, spasms. The animal doesn't feel anything.
