  • When Christoph Waltz opens his moth, its pure genius

  • Look at Nicolas Cage, who showed up in his little suit to sit amongst those other fine actors. Look at the way he tries to lead the discussion and get everyone to ponder acting as art. And what's this? He listens to violinists play Bach in his spare time? Wow, he must be a VERY cultured guy! Ha ha!

He's trying to behave as though everyone's forgotten what's on his resume. We haven't forgotten, Cage. We remember The Wicker Man.

"NO!! NOT THE BEES!! NO! YARGHHH!!!"

  • Nick Cage is ridiculous! Perfect! You can just feel the pills talking.

  • @ChaneyBrinkmanBurlin i know i was just think that. I did aesthetics in philosophy. not forgetting Kant or Marcuse.. art i dont think can be completely subjective because we wouldnt have artworks that are pretty much universally accepted as 'great' but then it does seem that feeling and emotion has a huge role. was it wittgenstein that was talking about the artwork being 'you' rather than the work? I dont remember im afraid

  • They could use some philosophers, e.g., Wittgenstein.

  • why is nicholas cage there?

  • nicolas cage is such a fuckwit

  • I think Colin nailed it. Its what you think is art. A lot of people would say the Mona Lisa is art but someone else could look at it and not see it as art. Cage's example of the violinist, you can't claim someone is an artist and their interpretation of Bach is art. You say it is art because thats just how it affects you. Someone else could listen to that and say no I don't think that's art. A carpenter could make a rocking chair and some could see it as art others just a rocking chair.

  • 1.37 is my expression every time Nicholas opens his mouth in pretentious babble.

  • @johnnytastetest HAHAHAHAHAHA.

  • Colin and Peter could be twins for all I knew.

  • @ByeHawks lol, what is your problem? chill man...
