One of my favorite hobbies is cooking and I didn't see anything you could improve upon. Some dishes are best kept simple, so don't add anything to this because it seems fine the way it is. (If I had some ricotta cheese and blueberries, I'd be making them right now!)

Thats a really nice kitchen. I'm trying to move up to NY myself in the next year.

So you dont use any batter? It's just eggs and cheese? Cool! Unfortunately, I don't have any ricotta cheese... :)

@babyg57 true. but as long as you have normal cholesterol levels, eating 1 or 2 eggs a day isn't bad for you. also, there are two types of cholesterol: dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol also, our body needs cholesterol to build cell walls, insulate nerve fibers and produced vitamin D.

@chescaleigh "Fattening" is just a function of calories in vs calories out so I understand why you may say they are not "fattening". But they are very high in fat and moreover, cholesterol. Anyhow, I am curious about how that tastes so I may try the recipe.
Why would you describe these as healthy? They are full fat eggs and cheese.

@babyg57 Eggs aren't fattening. They're an extremely healthy source of protien. Ricotta cheese is low in fat and calories and is also a good source of protien.

I am so jealous! Have you tried them with just egg whites?
MerryJ3000 1 year ago
yes, but they don't work. i think the yolk helps them stick together. when i made them with egg whites they just fell apart.
