As in America, so to in England...I guess. Money spent on jobs programs gives you a better infrastructure. Gives lower classes something to do instead of being on the dole, and they spend money that your business party then turns into profit. The benefit is a better civilization.  Money is worthless when not moving. Vote Labor and cap the earnings of the super wealthy if you want to prevent another Bond Villain:)
