That motherfucker is Officer Ramirez with the West El Paso Regional Command. Thanks to him, I sued the fuck out of the city and they settled out of court for a nice amount of cash. Thanks officer Ramirez, I bought a 2011 F250 King Ranch with the settlement and paid off my house and school loans. I live in Florida now and I'm the wealthiest fucking 28 year old in my town.
