I know parents who share family kisses similar to this, but however discarded ways of the past may be, it was most certainly never, nor ever will be okay, decent or socially acceptable to receive LET ALONE ASK FOR a kiss from a child not your own, ESPECIALLY in reference to flirtatious teasing such as that depicted in this man's actions on film.
