This is the best throw from a meet at the University of Colorado on Mar 17, 2007. This represents a good early season mark for me. I've gone back to 4 turns.

yep, I'm working my way up also, I threw 36.47 M at my last meet and qualified for NJCAA Nationals.
And you where apart of that to, because I don't have a coach and your videos help out a lot.

Keep up the good work and keep doing your drills. One must learn to turn before hw can throw far.
