Nowhere in international law is firing on wounded enemies forbidden. International law forbids executing incapacitated enemies. Incapacitated and wounded are NOT the same thing. A wounded enemy can still fire a weapon and therefore poses a threat. Basically, here is the benchmark: if the wounded enemy can move, then the wounded enemy is NOT incapacitated and is therefore a perfectly valid military target.

aside from the 1 thing that looked like a rifle (who knows maybe they carry a rifle to deal with wild animals or putting down crippled livestock) i saw no attempt to attack, i mean they threw the gun away thats super aggressive indeed. as for surrendering, how do you surrender to something hiding 1000 meters away? and when it starts killing your buddies for who knows what reason you'd then run out into the open?
