could you share the schematics of this chircuit...because im trying to do the same thing...but the diference is that i want to count to 2 then trigger a reley......and i want to work on pulses............any ideas??.....tnx you.

LOL, I left a comment on this like over a year ago? Damn. So I'm guessing that this can be done with a 12 cold Relay as well with the power source also being 12 VDC...
