  • Nice video! Though, I know they called the former I-30/35W interchange "The Pretzel", but I don't think they refer the newer one as such. I remember looking up old pictures of DFW area freeways, and the former interchange literally looked like a pretzel. Now, if they could only hurry up and do something about the Dallas Mixmaster......

  • @henryd1981 the names still stand as far as i know, there are a few others that i have heard also but are not used commonly. the dallas mixmaster you are refering to will be a part of project pegasus i-35e/i-30 and also the dallas canyon mixmaster, and the i-45 interchange with i-30. there are no set dates on which the project will be completed.. dot project pegasus dot org

  • What is that massive highway in your intro?

  • @Bojaxs that is the i-635LBJ east hov flyover to us-75n central expressway.

  • I haven't seen many Ft. Worth videos lately. Thanks for the tour. Calling it "The Christmas City" makes sense with all those lights.

  • @eluko79 it will make more sense when you see a downtown tour as to why i called it that.

  • What kind of camera did you use this and what did you use to attach it to the dash.

  • I remember traveling down I-820 in 1983.

The approach to I-30 required getting off to a side road, then onto another side road, only then could you enter I-30 east bound.

When did this interchange get updated?

  • I'm living in England now but i'm from Fort Worth, it makes me miss home a little less. Thanks for putting this up!
