The Durham cops have nothing better to do but harass people. They are nothing but scumbags. They cost our city's too much. The idiots get payed a ridiculous amounts of money to be bored and bother people about stupid things. They fly around chasing kids out of parks in that helicopter which cost millions of tax dollars every year. What a waste.
