Obama has already cut the most important part out of Obamacare: He has promised Big Pharma that he will NOT try to negotiate lower prices on medicines, which is arguably the most expensive part of the medi-business combine. I've seen REALLY old women drop a GRAND on a single bottle of heart-meds!

Plus, there's a codicil in it that tries to determine "worth" of more expensive procedures based on the person's INCOME, rather than WHAT they actually do!

Sticker shock protection bill would be AWESOME! Make them spend one year in prison for every Billion that they misrepresent a bill for, which is actually pretty soft when you consider Bernie Maddoff. Plus, Obama's memory loss is getting worse. He "forgot" that most of the uninsured are ILLEGALS who come here to "get one over" on us. Clinton signed into law that hospitals HAVE to treat anyone, regardless of legal status, or their capability/intention of paying. So illegals enter the ER, get patched up, and leave without paying!

The cost of this "free" care is passed on to people who actually EXIST, and can be tracked down and FORCED to pay!
