On a regular salary you are limited to what they pay you, with commission you get paid as much as you can earn... if you are self/money motivated you can make FAR more money this way. I just got a job as a Auto Sales Consultant and i'm confident I will bring in good money.

Yeah I agree. A "comission" based company needs you to do your work, a "salary" based company needs you to do your work also. If you fail to do your work, you're fired or you don't make money.
