I am just starting out here, so go easy on me and don't leave any nasty comments. Constructive criticism is appreciated.

Things I still have trouble with and am working on:

Getting my tone started quickly
Maintaining my tone for long periods of time
Easily and quickly changing the fundamental without losing my tone

All of this will come in time, as long as I keep practicing.

good work, bro! you've definitely achieved a solid fundamental tone, which i believe is the most difficult hurdle to surmount. as for accessing that "harmonic place" in your chest, i recommend you start with your tongue and work your way down the throat. you could try low, as the other guy suggests, but i find that when i loosen my tongue and throat with some very gentle, mid-to-high range sygyt, the kargyraa "motor" kicks in soon afterwards, and i can more easily transfer it to my chest.

good stuff, id advise you learn to start out with the lower tone, also, you can try creating a third harmonic tone with your mouth.

Well done! You just need to change tones some times.
