i was on holiday when i first saw this video, i couldn't sleep.....the MTV channel over there was playing this video every 4 music videos that they played- it was on permanent loop! after seeing it a couple of times, i felt deeply disturbed. being only 17 myself, it made me think twice about being safer when i go out and i felt so hurt for the girls that are already trapped in this vile form of prostitution. this video really opened my eyes, it has real staying power.

@nycjmz human trafficking is MORE common than people think. the overwhelming majority of women in prostitution are not there because they want to be. the average age of entry into prostitution is 13. thats a child. no child chooses to be a prostitute. and yes. it is like this in asia, america, and every single other country on this planet.

I think the scenes where the girl is playing along to her John are all the worse because they're actions that should be 100% consensual, and are so frequently actions of love. It makes this all the more awful.
