Sorry I never answered: My instructor to this point in my training was Danny Williams. He is at the Hoover, AL School. Trent Quinn helped me with it a lot also.
What I see wrong with it mainly is that I did a horrible front kick at the end. But, that was the level I was at then... I did not recongnize it at the time. It felt solid, I got Gold. Nice memory. I feel good about it being a form that makes sure you know all your stances, etc. before moving on to more artisticly advanced forms.

Whether or not my form is pleasant to you or hate it: PLEASANT=an opportunity to see a different art than yours and individual connections between our forms that, with an open and fresh mind, appreciate it's differences.
