I may be an import guy, and I may drive an 8th gen civic, but THIS is a real car. 10 (or like you said in a comment, now 9 sec) on n/a is damn good.

Street car = car leagaly driven on street I am not aware of laws in usa but in australia were I am from slicks and semi slicks are not leagal for use on the road therefore a "street car" would not have them this car would have traction issues with proper road leagal tires therefore would not be a 10 second car as its 60 foot time would be as slow as the last commenter is dumb

It ran quicker on Drag Radials, check my other vids.......it's now a 9 second street car, with muffs and street legal radials.

what cylinder heads and cam specs roller cam or solid flat tappet. I'm building up a 11:1 408 with a c4 and 4.10 gears trying to get 10.70's out of it thanks

Those were Canfields that were cnc'ed, Camshaft was a solid roller 250/260ish @.050 around .700 lift. If you have some decent heads, and spend some money on a GOOD converter it should be easy depending on weight.
