@AwakeDude911 I just found this out too, and I have a part time job in retail :( But to everyone out there...... just a tip if you can- avoid touching the receipts, I just tell the cashier to throw the receipt in the bag while I'm putting my money away. You may think, how much can there be in 1 receipt? well how much crap do you buy? I buy a ton......

@norcalprepper Awesome that you know about the dangers of fluoride. You should also search up the lipid hypothesis which is another lie that has been perpetuated. Look up good calorie, bad calorie

i still dont agree on the bug out stuff..if it gets that bad you need to leave your home then your going to be some bodies slave some where else..no matter how many preps you take...

if you leave then your depending on some one else some where else to take care of you and yours.

@Allen2045 Yes, go ahead and put it in the freezer. Anything you can do to prolong it's life will help. Even though you have not opened the yeast, it will still age and eventually become inactive and die. Freezing suspends the yeast. Making sure that it will remain fresh until you use it.

I was watching another video and the man had a 6qt staineless steel pressure cooker. Said it would be good to cook rice and beans for a meal instead of trying to cook in a regular pot for hours and use up fuel. Great video by the way...............Paula

@atticus9799 If the jar of yeast has not been opend can I store it out side the freezer. Or should I just put it in the freezer now.
I see that alot of people have long term foods, but 90% of you are lacking in the water storage.

Please put your yeast in the freezer. It looks like it has lost its vacuum seal. If you always keep your yeast in the freezer, it will literally last forever. Once it is at room temperature it won't last past the expire date on the label. I keep mine in a pint mason jar in the freezer door. It will never go bad that way. Looks like you have a good start. You need to find the LDS cannery in your area and stock up on bulk beans, rice and wheat and get a grinder. Noreen
