To think Mama use to make us drink thus stuff. Castor and coconut oils are miracle all purpose products for hair and skincare. Thanks a lot for the vid. Now know what I was doing wrong.

"monkeymanfetus ": u r correct. maybe my hair just responded poorly. I exper'd significant breakage, but maybe i applied too much. My hair is thick and strong. It's the only thing i did differently, but it was probably an isolated event. My hair is responding well to castor oil on my scalp when applied occasionally, mixed lightly sparingly w/ African shea butter & coconut oil, also sparingly. I'm learning much from my YouTube sisters.wishing us all even healthier hair in 2010!
