  • @jaiitup Yes, the Out Spot was designed for use with muriatic acid. That's an important point, as some companies have released other types of acid for pools which do not work as well on stains. Many people have tried the Out Spot with other liquids with varying results. In essence, the Out Spot is a delivery device which efficiently brings the acid (or other liquid) to the pool surface without it getting diluted. The liquid just must be heavier than water for it to seep through the pad.

  • do you use muriatic acid?

  • @bagzie The Out Spot is available in many stores (and distributors, if you're in the trade) both brick-and-mortar and online. Probably the quickest and easiest (since you're already online reading this...) would be Amazon.com, but a Google search would likely turn up other stores as well.

  • OK, so where can I get one of these?
