yup that's exactly what we do. Our senior patrol leader is planning a military coup with all of us charging up Pennsylvania avenue with guns and having a military coup from a non military force!
Our camp outs are conspiracy theories for top secret missions behind Iran and north korean lines.

@greenstormfilm Awesome. Have you guys ever given thought to using squibs? I like the everyone's digital blood clouds but I'm curious to see if anyone's ever used squibs. Keep up the awesome work.

@PicantePuce We actually built and used a homemade rig when we first started out a couple years ago. It worked alright, but we couldn't get it reliable or consistent, the actor couldn't move, and of course it got blood EVERYWHERE. Doing blood in post saves us hours of setup, multiple takes, and cleanup. That said, you are correct that practical effects almost always look better than digital, so if we had the budget and time that comes with a feature project, we'd probably spring for squibs.
