race between some mopeds in our city and at the beginning some tuning (i am the one with the red bike)

we are allewod to go up to 45 kmh :D

In sweden, a moped is only legal at max 52 km/h. And if it is modified in any way highing its speed then it is illegal.

My moped does 65-70 at its best in downhill and 60 on normal road, without any modifications.

moped in not a moped if it goes more than 60kmh or if it's cylinder is bigger than 50cc.. thats what i know/think

the law states anything with a 50cc engine and is restricted to 31mph is a moped, so unless they are de-restricted (which they probably are) theyr mopeds, point is they started life as mopeds.
