Torontonian film maker Rob Spence invites The Daily Planet Reporter Stephanie Stranges to his home for a tour of the Eyeborg Headquarters. Rob Spence lost his eye in a shotgun incident when he was 13. After ten years of pain, Spence has decided to turn a disability into an opportunity. In collaboration with Engineer Kosta Grammatis, Spence is designing a prosthetic eye with a web cam in it. Spence said he plans on using the video taping apparatus for a future documentary on privacy and surveillance issues.
