HSFD (Phase II) drop from a balloon - Actual Launch footage

The HSFD (High Speed Flight Demonstrator) program was developed by the National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) and the National Aerospace Laboratory of Japan(NAL), and consisted in a series of flight experiments for the research of the HOPE-X Reusable Launch Vehicle intended to be a future space shuttle.

The phase II, involved the droptest of a scale model of the vehicle from a french stratospheric balloon.

The operation was carried out by the French space agency CNES over Kiruna, Sweden, on July 1st, 2003.

It is a tethered balloon used to measure the surface wind velocity.

Is there any video of the vehicle in flight? According to the website, the flight was successful, although the vehicle was damaged on landing.
