Freedom of speech does give her the right to speak and believe in whatever she believes in , n if m not mistaken we hv these rights coz we live in a democracy. If u blame Indian govt. at dis , then pls. comment on U.S bombing libiya , afganistan n other places.

Sagarika Ghosh threw really loaded trap questions, it's amazing how she dodged the bullets and thew them back at her. Sagarika made herself look like a fool by the end as her scripted questions which she thought for sure were designed to win when infact she lost miserably.

bravely defended! she may not have all the answers, but i've learnt alot from arundhati roy's perspective. i'm glad there are courageous people like her that express their views with such honesty and clarity. on the other hand, i didn't quite like the way the journalist provoked her and twisted her words - i guess that's her job.

She is the finest and brave writer / activist and speaker who comes out every time with truth and proofs , She is the role model not only for women but for so called mens ( mard ) as well ,,, she thinks beyond the border and community and nationalism........
