yes we are driving from sweden to the uk this week, it will be on display at the volksworld show and we will put it up for sale

saving for a bus atm, and this bus is exactly what i'm aiming for, like down to a tee :D except i wanna put a subaru engine in it. and a needlessly powerful sound system. can't wait!

Hi, I had a red 1968 bus, and am looking to replace it since I sold it a few years back and now have money to restore a bus, but yours looks in excellent condition. Is it still for sale? I'm really interested in buying if it is.

Because i like the tiny tail lights and the small rear window,i also like bullet turn signals.But im not in a hurry.I saw in the samba a '58 double door Mango bus for sale,it was pretty crusty but well worth the time and money.

how thats amazing. i need to go on a road trip like that! I love my panel splitty but i dont have bench seats, my bus is a camper and its cleared out inside cept for a bunch of tapestries and a huge bean bag chair haha. its great. Why wouldnt you get one later than a '61?

Hey,panels kick ass!!! .I had a '67 bench seat 9 passenger 13 windows,but wished for a panel.

got rid of it and got my beloved '68 panel Caravelle wich i drove from Las Vegas to my home ,Miami in december '03 by myself!!.But if i get a split,i def will get one no later than a '61

Yea i truly love almost all vw busses

but the splits are deffinately my favorite

i just really lucked out on finding mine

if i had a bay tho id probably still love it just as much as my split. I really wish i could have 13 windows, mines just a panel van, but i like the privacy atleast lol

Is cool some splitty owners tend to think splits are better than bays,that depends on the taste of the owner.I used to have a 13 window deluxe (hence my name) ,But my favorite are early bays.I own a '68 panel Caravelle,but its not as flawless as this one. =)
