The issue of worldwide migration is a real one, but your post does nothing to elucidate any of the factors involved- including our trade policies throughout the world, the businesses that hire undocumented workers, and the role that undocumented migrants play in our economy.

The economy is not a zero-sum game. Jobs are created and destroyed every day- immigrants often stimulate and revitalize local economies, not the reverse. Americans benefit from the labor of undocumented immigrants, and then we turn around and say that they are getting a "free ride." B.S. Most of the "mismatches" are situations such as women who have changed their name through marriage, but not notified all the places needed. These sorts of things are very easily corrected and all it requires is a second submission to E-Verify. You don't seem at all concerned that millions and millions of people are in our nation illegally and taking jobs that Americans once held.

H.R. 4088 provides for the discrepancies and mismatches that you note exist in the federal databases, and provides for their correction in section 202.a and 202.b of the bill, in addition to providing for a phase-in over a 4-year span (Sec. 201), under Title-II.
