An instrument shop doesn't sell instruments, but they usually have vocal instructors :P So techically after a few months, you have "bought" a new and better voice

um, the voice IS an instrument. i dont see why it's not. especially if ur in an acapella group & yu HAVE to use voices to produce background sounds. No yu cant go to a store & buy a voice, but yu can buy vocal lessons, cough drops, or whatever else to help enhance ur voice. Yu need to take care of ur vocal instrument, just as yu would an actual instrument.
