Ommegang Three Philosophers (2009 vintage) | Chad'z Beer Reviews #615

Look who's back! After about 10 months, Henry finally returns as a guest reviewer on the show and to a pretty special beer, too. "Three Phils" is one of Ommegang's best and most famous beers and often lauded as one of the best Belgian-style beers brewed in America. I've been cellaring this beer for well over a year now and thought this was as good an occasion as any to break it out.

@DenisLD yeah it seems like bottle conditioned beers taste better in 750ml bottles instead of 330ml or 355ml

i don't like this beer, but i have only had it fresh, and i'm not a huge fan of belgiums to begin with, so it maks sence why i wouldn't like it. i wonder if iactually reviewed it, could i seperate myself from personal like to the quaity of the bee... most times i can, but sometimes my personal dislike comes out. and whats with name calling.
