What do you do as an atheist during Easter? Record some blasphemous mid-tempo Swedish Death metal of course. Not the most technically difficult song, but it's impossibly catchy and serious fun to play.

  • Holy! How the heck did you manage to nail the tone in this album ? I'm having a pain in the arse using my Boss HM-2 to get this tone, I tried various settings, even running it through all the clean and gain channels as a boost, but to no avail. I would love to learn how to get this tone.

  • @annostriker I think this was recorded at The Abyss, just like the last one, so no HM-2's allowed. They were going for a more modern sound. They use HM-2's for most everything live, but this record sounds exactly like stock amps. Tägtgren loves that. That's exactly what I used for this: gain channel on my terrible half-broken Randall RG75G2. That's all. HM-2 was the sound of Resurrection Through Carnage.

  • Since tabs are just out of the question can you simply make a better quality version of you playing it closer to the camera?

    and if not

  • @MrJuico1337 But it's so, so, so easy to learn by ear. Honestly. People always complain that they suck at working things out by ear and it's songs like this that are best to start with.

  • @Septicaemia Please?

  • @Septicaemia Let me rephrase that for him. Give us a tab, NOW.

  • very nice cover, dude! : )

  • Nice tone too, sounds pretty close to the album's.

  • @tunglour There are a few tracks where they use Drop A (like Iesous), but it's mostly B Standard.
