@Elasticsteel Hello paul i want to do kung fu or tkd or karate without a sense, i have watched your over vids and my side kick needs improving, i heard that if u can do the splits u can kick higher or kick easier you know maybe with my side kick or front kick, so i would need to do the splits, how could i do the splits from scratch? i have trouble doing it
